Decathlon (Thailand) Co, Ltd. (“Company” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the applicant’s personal data. This notice (“Privacy Notice”) aims at informing you of how we collect, use, disclose, and secured your personal data during the recruitment process.
In connection with your application for work, and/or your submission of your CV or Resume to the Company, we may collect and use applicant personal data to assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment. Your information may be shared with affiliated company for employment consideration purposes. The Company will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the recruitment process.
The Company is required to collect and use your personal data to assess your suitability or qualification for the role prior to selecting process and entering into contract with the Company. However, if you choose not to provide all the data that is requested for your application, choose not to consent, or choose to withdraw consent afterward, the Company may not be able to conduct the processing purposes as specified in the Privacy Policy in whole or in part. In addition, the Company is unable to collect and use your personal data without obtaining your consent to assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment.
