Location: Decathlon Warehouse, Bangphli, Samutprakarn (100% On-site / Floor-based operational learning).
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shift rotations (including weekends and public holidays, with scheduled rostered days off during the week to ensure work-life balance).
Reporting directly to your Warehouse Department Manager, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations performance and learn how a global fulfillment engine operates from the inside out:
Master Omnichannel Fulfillment & Logistics: Execute precision picking, inventory accuracy, and traceability systems. Manage inbound receiving, stock allocation, and outbound shipping for both retail stores and online e-commerce customers.
Drive Tech, Safety & Operational Excellence: Utilize modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and mobile tech. Apply 5S safety standards, proper ergonomics, and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve daily workflow bottlenecks.
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) & Sustainability: Don't just follow procedures—improve them! Bring fresh ideas to streamline workflows, eliminate operational waste, and drive eco-friendly logistics initiatives (waste sorting and circular economy actions).
While this is a direct, full-time operational role (not a classroom-bound management trainee program), Decathlon is built on promoting talent from within. We offer an ambition-driven career path framework tailored to your performance rather than a fixed time period:
Phase 1: Operational Mastery (The Foundation): Master the end-to-end logistics flow, warehouse technology, and quality standards with a dedicated Onboarding Buddy by your side from Day 1.
Phase 2: Process & Shift Leadership: Step up as a Process Owner, Trainer, or Subject Matter Expert. Lead micro-projects, optimize department KPIs, and mentor newer teammates.
Phase 3: Management & Global Paths: Transition into roles such as Warehouse Department Manager, Logistics Flow Specialist, Transport Coordinator, or explore international mobility options across Decathlon’s global network.

Experience & Education: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years of experience) with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Physical Vitality: Comfortable working in an active, dynamic floor environment (standing, walking, moving products) where your physical energy matches your mental drive.
Growth & Agile Mindset: Action-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly, and treats mistakes as valuable learning opportunities.
Tech & Analytical Curiosity: Comfortable learning digital toolsets, navigating WMS software, and using operational data to improve accuracy.
Communication: Fluent Thai with practical conversational English for cross-functional collaboration and global network access.
