Develop my local activity on my sports, and Men/Women teammates to keep customers/users satisfied in order to generate omnichannel performance
Job Description
Responsibility 1: Grow local omnichannel performance in my sports (DM)
- Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my zone linked to my area.
- Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my store and my zone.
- Ensure that my physical and digital layout areas perform well.
- Lead on safety and eco-responsibility.
- Manage and achieve my commercial objectives and profitability for my omnichannel business (in-store/out-store).
- Build and manage my human organization.
Responsibility 2: Manage a team (Leader)
- Animate the managerial scheme ( Project team - individual, Mission, individual meeting, Remuneration, Performance ) by integrating the challenges of transformations.
- Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.
- Respect and enforce all staff legal rules
- Decide on a current and future human structure consistent with my commercial strategy, my economic activity,and our transformations (digital, data, sustainable development, departments, etc.).
Responsibility 3: Manage the store’s daily operations performance (duty manager)
