Job Description
Guaranteeing profitable growth in my area by ensuring the best catalogue is available with optimal stock levels across the supply chain.

1. Secure the alignment of the economic framework

• Validate the Business Plan with category manager and Supply Planner Manager, and write the demand tactics in line with the sport's demand strategy

• Build and validate the number of products to select in the catalogue in connection with the Category Manager aligned with the Business Plan.

• Initialise stock forecasting and define target inventory levels, aligned with my area's inventories  and demand tactics.

• Validate the sales and purchase summary of the selected catalogue in connection with the business plan and number of products

• Forecast my activity, analyze my demand reporting, and decide on action plans to achieve the objectives.

2. Forecast & ensure the reliability of sales across various time horizons

• Forecast sales quantities at group of products level for a 2-year plan.

• Forecast sales quantities during quotation for the next season.

• Forecast sales of the selected products for the next season.

• Initiate, analyze, and adjust sales forecasts in-season and until the end of the product's life cycle. (Manage accurate forecasts till end of life of my products by ensuring accurate forecasts for efficient dispatch).

• Ensure the alignment between economical forecast and sales forecasting.

3. Ensure reliable purchase planning

• Build a 2-year purchase plan of group of products from sales forecasts, factoring in new business models industrial feedback, and 3-year business plan alignment. Calculate quotation purchase quantities, taking stock levels into account.

• Validate purchase forecasts for the next season's catalogue.

• Initiate, analyze, and adjust purchase parameters in-season and until the end of the commercial season, to plan purchasing needs.

• Prepare the right first arrival quantity of my products for my network based on the starting season tactic for my perimeter.

• Communicate changes in purchasing needs via the sport/production network.

• Manage my purchase throughout the season and adapt based on season analysis decisions supply and/or commercial.

4. Manage pricing & data referencing

• Define the target purchase price based on the recommended sell price received from the category manager at the quotation stage.

• Implement on markup policy and jointly define margins and selling prices for my catalogue, in line with my market pricing policy.

• Manage the purchase price modifications during the season.

• Propose recommended sell price modifications during the season including discount to commercial director

• Manage referencing of partners' products with information provided by Category Manager

5.Manage stock distribution parameters

• Define global logistics parameters during selection

• Define parameters related to store stock within the merchandising framework defined by Category Merchandiser , blocking of products, Logistics Classification calculation during selection.

• Collaborate with dispatch planner on dispatch tactic definition, ensuring alignment with the demand tactics
