Production Quality Specialist [PQS Component]
Your Role: You will be in charge of Component Textile in the woven processes; managing the quality of products & processes including the quality control of component “Woven” processes with suppliers in Thailand. You will be based at our Thailand office; Decathlon Bangna. However, there will be a regular on-site visit to supplier factories.
Your Main Mission:
- You will be in charge of Textile processes in the Woven component.
- Quality Control in order to ensure a stable and reliable process from the start tillthe end of mass production.
- By identifying the risks and finding solutions, you implement & drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) to make your suppliers autonomous and continuously improve their performances (Quality, Sustainable Development, Process).
Your Job Description:
- You manage the quality of products, process efficiency on the field and collaborate with your suppliers on a daily basis to ensure their quality and efficiency performances.
- You plan the assessment to achieve Decathlon requirements.
- You deploy continuous improvement actions with your suppliers to improve QUALITY & ASSESSMENT.
- You define, implement and maintain the Production Control Plan.
- Monitor product quality performance and analyze quality data to detect risk.
- You manage homologation processes for new components.
- You ensure traceability of materials, components, and finished goods throughout production.
Qualification :
- Textile Chemical Engineering Bachelor degree or 2 years experience in Textile processes are an advantage.
- Experience in the Textile Industry(Woven Process) is an advantage.
- You are good in English (Oral & Written Communication Skill)
- You have a good fundamentals in QUALITY management
- You are passionate about the Component Textiles industry to manage your activities with suppliers on the field.
- You have good analytical skills and are proficient in problem solving methods.
- You are a team player, open-minded, curious and have an entrepreneurial mindset; a go-get-it and can-do attitude.
- You are active, lively and practice sports regularly.
