Job Description:
At Decathlon, our managers put people first. As the E-Commerce Logistics Supervisor / Department Manager, your primary responsibility is to nurture, empower, and lead your human capital. You will drive operational excellence across our E-commerce logistics activity ensuring safety, high productivity, and best-in-class Ship-on-Time (SOT) delivery for our sports users.
Managerial Responsibility & Human Capital (Primary Core)
People Leadership: Embody company culture, foster autonomy, and create safe, inclusive conditions for teammates to thrive.
Talent Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Coaching & Retention: Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, lead change management, manage C&B alignment, and ensure 100% compliance with legal frameworks and code of conduct.
Workplace Safety & Duty Management
Site & People Safety: Maintain a healthy physical and psychological work environment, enforcing local and global 5S/safety protocols.
Duty Manager Execution: Secure warehouse openings/closings, execute crisis management (DRP), and oversee fire/emergency systems.
Incident Prevention: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for workplace incidents and drive continuous safety improvement action plans.
E-Commerce Operational & Sustainable Performance
Daily Operations & SOT: Pilot daily manpower and workflow efficiency (picking, replenishment, packing, quality control) to guarantee Ship-on-Time commitments.
Performance Analytics: Track productivity, compile performance reports, and optimize costs to achieve ambitious warehouse economic commitments.
Campaign & Omni-Channel Readiness: Flexibly manage peak campaign volumes (e.g., Payday, 11.11 double-digit events) and integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.
Qualifications As Follow:
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in team management/supervision, ideally within E-commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset with experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve operational bottlenecks under pressure.
Communication & Tech Savvy: Excellent English and Thai communication skills; passionate about process innovation and warehouse technology.
Customer-Centric: Driven by a strong sense of service—putting the sports user at the heart of every logistics decision.
